These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WobbleGob website located at www.wobblegob.co.uk (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

  • WobbleGob® is an adult party card game strictly intended for individuals aged 17 years or older.

  • By placing an order on this Site, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, minor variations in packaging design, printing colors, or card dimensions may occur.

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include standard UK VAT (where applicable). Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices or run promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • Placing an Order: When you complete an order on our Site, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

  • Contract Formation: A legally binding contract between you and WobbleGob is formed only when we dispatch your product and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. (International shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout).

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are targets only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, severe weather, or postal strikes.

  • Risk & Title: Ownership and risk of damage to the products pass to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have specific rights when purchasing goods online in the UK:

6.1 Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at wtf@asbogames.com within the 14-day window.

6.2 Condition of Returned Goods

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition (with outer box shrink-wrap/seal intact) suitable for resale.

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or played card games cannot be returned under the 14-day cooling-off period unless defective.

6.3 Return Postage & Processing

  • Unless the product is faulty or supplied in error, you are responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges (standard tier) will be refunded; premium shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a free replacement deck or a full refund, including return postage costs.

  • All content on this Site—including logos, product names (including WobbleGob®), card text, designs, artwork, graphics, trademarked branding, and website copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of ASBO Games (ColdSteez Ltd) or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Site or products without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When visiting or interacting with our Site (including submitting comments or reviews):

  • You must not use our Site for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

  • You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to impair site security or functionality.

  • We reserve the right to disable access or cancel orders for users who violate these conduct standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, WobbleGob and ASBO Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or products.

  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the products in that order.
